We ship the products all over India.
We ship through reputed courier companies to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Delivery can take 2-5 working days for metro cities and 4-7 working days for rest of the India.
If Product is in stock, we dispatch the product with in 48 hours of your order otherwise we will inform you by mail about availability of the product with in 2-3 days.
In case if we are unable to deliver the product through courier then we deliver it through Post.
Any delay caused by courier company or post is not our responsibility.
The product sensitive hence will be covered with an aluminium foil at the time of dispatch.
Prior to shipping FASTag will be activated and linked to your registered vehicle number. Upon receipt It is your responsibility to carefully stick the same in your vehicle windshield. Any damage during shipping or during installation is our responsibility. We take utmost care in handling and dispatching the product.
If FASTag is not working, contact us the number listed in our website and our support staff will assist you in unblocking, checking activation etc if it is related to blacklisting due to your non maintenance of balance or any other reason then it is not our responsibility
Extra shipping charges are that depends on weight and quantity of product and comes automatically when you purchase a product.
Once order is confirmed, no cancellation , no refunds, no returns will be entertained.
If order is prepaid and customer did not accept, receive or collect the courier or return the courier then all charges debited will not be reimbursed since FASTag activation with balance and shipping charges once charged cannot be reimbursed for whatever reason, if we are required to reship to you additional charges including shipping will apply and has to be borne by the customer only
If order is cancelled by our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card whichever is applicable with in 10 working days.
If order is failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or account whichever is applicable as per existing banking norms.

Both parties agree that the competent courts of Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any disputes.
